2️⃣ Spray the toner directly onto your face or onto a cotton pad.

3️⃣ Gently wipe across your skin, avoiding the eye and mouth areas.

4️⃣ Pat lightly for full absorption.

5️⃣ For beginners, use 2–3 times per week, gradually increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance.

6️⃣ During the day, always apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) after use.
